We are excited to announce that the 2017 Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (SoTL) conference will be held at Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio, May 15th and May 16th. The SoTL conference offers innovative, interesting, and interactive professional development sessions based on research, theory, and best practices. Sessions will consist of presentations and discussion of topics that have been accepted by blind review from the SoTL conference committee.

The May 2017 Conference's theme is “Focusing on Students.” The conference will focus on strategies that educators use to engage and understand their students inside and outside of the classroom. Presenters may focus on active learning strategies, assessment, community engagement, project based learning, global environment or other relevant topics.

Tracks: Pedagogy, Teaching, Curricular Design, Learning, Student Engagement
Format: Presentation, Panel Discussion, Poster Session
Presentation Type: Research-based, best-practices, or innovative ideas
